These will be honest, objective, educational workshops, not just a sales pitch. There will be information offered about Sterling Mortgage and our programs and services, but that will come only at the end of the program, it will be brief and anyone who is not interested will be free to leave.

Your organization will collect half of my commission (25% of the total loan fee) as a donation for any loan any of your members obtain through me, for the next year. (Or, you can choose to rebate all or part of this amount of this amount to the individual borrowers, as a special discount available only to your members)
