FUND-RAISING PROGRAM FOR NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS |
IDo you head, or belong to, a religious or other non-profit organization that
needs to raise funds? My name is David Chodack. I am a loan agent with Sterling
Mortgage in Emeryville, "The Home of The One-Hour Approval" and I specialize
in working with non-profit organizations, getting them funding not only for the
organization's needs, but for the needs of their members as well. Our non-profit
fund raising program is simple: 1)I can put on a free seminar on real estate and real estate financing for your members. (Or, your organization can even charge a fee at the door and keep the proceeds) The seminars will cover such topics as: "Why choose a mortgage broker over a direct lender? "What a good mortgage broker can (and can not) do for you "Various financing alternatives and their pros and cons (Adjustable vs. Fixed rate, Interest-Only vs. Amortized, 30 Year Fixed vs. 15 Year Fixed, 30 Year Fixed vs. 1-10 Year Fixed/Adjustable, etc.) ""Points" or Loan Fees vs. Interest Rates "Using the power of leverage to maximize the value of equity "And more …………. These will be honest, objective, educational workshops, not just a sales pitch. There will be information offered about Sterling Mortgage and our programs and services, but that will come only at the end of the program, it will be brief and anyone who is not interested will be free to leave. 2)You can insert one of my articles on real estate financing and an ad for Sterling Mortgage in your newsletter, or in a mailing to your members Your organization will collect half of my commission (25% of the total loan fee) as a donation for any loan any of your members obtain through me, for the next year. (Or, you can choose to rebate all or part of this amount of this amount to the individual borrowers, as a special discount available only to your members) For further information, call : David Chodack (510) 848-1612; E-mail: lazyinvestor@earthlink.net BACK TO HOME PAGE |
